When a peaceful animal twists into a monster and a red moon turns the Overworld hostile, a normal night in Minecraft becomes a fight for survival. HorrorCraft Add-On brings haunted landscapes, stalking enemies, a multi-phase Wither boss, and equipment powered by Soulium to Minecraft Bedrock Edition. This guide explains how to explore its three custom biomes, collect the right materials, craft every included recipe, and prepare for its most dangerous encounters.
HorrorCraft is a horror survival and exploration addon by HorizonBlocks. The inspected package is version 1.0.5, and both pack manifests declare Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.131 as the minimum engine version. It includes a Behavior Pack and a Resource Pack, custom structures, atmospheric sounds, fog, visual settings, and an interactive guidebook.
This article follows the supplied pack files and their built-in guide. Gameplay details were checked against recipes, loot tables, entity definitions, and scripts. Compatibility labels below describe declared requirements and verification limits; they do not represent an in-game playtest.
| Biome |
What to Look For |
Main Dangers and Resources |
| Dead Forest |
Dead vegetation, blighted trees, grim stone, and hive-related structures. |
Screamers and Death Moths; blighted wood, hive materials, and Soulium-related loot. |
| Cursed Meadows |
Foggy open terrain, cursed trees, bone remains, and forgotten villages. |
Lost Souls, Cursed Villagers, and the Undead Golem; cursed wood and materials for progression. |
| Black Forest |
Dark woodland, black vegetation, camps, and towers. |
Faceless Pillager variants and Faceless Vindicators; black oak building materials and structure loot. |
The built-in guide describes a Red Moon every eighth night. The script ties the event to a repeating moon-phase check, with its Red Moon night check beginning at time 12500. During the event, the sky changes, extra threats appear, and ordinary-looking custom animals can become dangerous. The addon also raises the sleeping-player requirement above 100 percent during the relevant phase, preventing a normal group sleep from skipping that night.
- Build a shelter and prepare supplies before the event rather than depending on a bed.
- Hold a Red Moon Clock to see the countdown or the current Red Moon announcement.
- Keep a retreat route clear: the event adds encounters beyond the usual biome population.

The table covers all 16 creature types in the supplied Behavior Pack, including separate soul forms and animal variants. Base health values come from entity definitions; phase changes, scripts, armor, and difficulty can affect an actual fight. One heart equals two health points.
| Creature and Identifier |
Where It Appears |
Behavior |
Resources or Rewards |
Death Moth
hb_hr:death_moth |
Dead Forest and hive-related encounters; also included in Red Moon spawning. |
A small flying attacker that becomes dangerous in groups. Its base health is 6 points. |
Soulium Shards can drop; Moth Wings have a Charged Scythe condition in the loot table. |
Screamer
hb_hr:screamer |
Dead Forest. |
A heavy threat with 200 base health points and a 30-point base attack component. Give it room and avoid close-range exchanges. |
Soulium Shards, redstone, bones, a jukebox, and a music disc; Screamer Cable has a Charged Scythe loot condition. |
Lost Soul
hb_hr:lost_soul |
Cursed trees in Cursed Meadows. |
The core-bound spectral form circles its Cursed Core. Treat the tree and soul as a linked encounter, rather than trying to defeat the bound form with ordinary damage. |
Break the core to expose an aggressive, vulnerable form for combat. |
Aggressive Lost Soul
hb_hr:agressive_lost_soul |
Cursed-tree encounters and detached Lost Souls. |
The attacking soul form. Core destruction can make the spawned aggressive form vulnerable. The identifier intentionally uses the spelling agressive. |
Soulium Shards; Soul Sheet has a Charged Scythe loot condition. |
Cursed Villager
hb_hr:undead_villager |
Forgotten villages in Cursed Meadows. |
Displayed as Cursed Villager in the English text. It has 40 base health points; killing one can bring an Undead Golem encounter. |
Soulium Shards. |
Undead Golem
hb_hr:undead_golem |
Linked to Cursed Villager deaths in Cursed Meadows. |
A stalking enemy with 200 base health points that marks a player and changes movement or attack states. |
Soulium Shards, iron ingots, and possible poppies. |
Small Faceless Pillager
hb_hr:faceless_pillager_small |
Black Forest; also included in Red Moon spawning. |
Called the Faceless Dwarf Pillager in the built-in guide. A fast charging attacker that can carry an axe; 24 base health points. |
Soulium Shards and iron nuggets. |
Two-Armed Faceless Pillager
hb_hr:faceless_pillager_medium |
Black Forest; also included in Red Moon spawning. |
The Two-Armed Faceless Pillager moves deliberately and uses heavy headbutting attacks; 30 base health points. |
Soulium Shards and iron nuggets. |
Giant Faceless Pillager
hb_hr:faceless_pillager_large |
Black Forest; also included in Red Moon spawning. |
Called the Faceless Towering Pillager in the built-in guide. A tall, four-armed threat with axe-based attacks; 40 base health points. |
Soulium Shards and iron nuggets. |
Faceless Vindicator
hb_hr:faceless_vindicator |
Black Forest encounters. |
A fast, long-limbed melee attacker carrying a large axe; 40 base health points. |
Soulium Shards and iron nuggets; Vindicator Armor Scrap has a Charged Scythe loot condition. |
Scared Chicken
hb_hr:scared_chicken |
Surface spawns in custom biomes and, less frequently, other biomes; Red Moon encounters. |
A custom animal that can transform into a hostile form. Its hostile behavior includes duplication. |
Its hostile loot includes Soulium Shards and chicken-related materials. |
Scared Cow
hb_hr:scared_cow |
Surface spawns and Red Moon encounters. |
An apparently familiar cow that can transform into a larger hostile creature. |
Its hostile loot includes Soulium Shards and cow-related materials. |
Scared Pig
hb_hr:scared_pig |
Surface spawns and Red Moon encounters. |
A transforming pig with acid-projectile attacks. Its projectile can create a poison area when it hits a block. |
Its hostile loot includes Soulium Shards and porkchops. |
Scared Sheep
hb_hr:scared_sheep |
Surface spawns and Red Moon encounters. |
A transforming sheep with a damaging scream and a scripted chance to teleport behind a player after being hit. |
Its hostile loot includes Soulium Shards. |
Fog Dweller
hb_hr:fog_dweller |
Special gravestones in the Overworld at night. |
A stalking, crawling enemy with 80 base health points and a 20-point base attack component. Being watched can slow it. Projectiles do not deal damage through its configured damage sensor and can trigger a speed-boost state. |
The gravestone encounter creates a loot chest. Do not confuse the chest reward with a guaranteed drop from the creature. |
Banished Wither
hb_hr:banned_wither |
The special Overworld battle arena. |
Displayed as Banished Wither in the translated pack and Banned Wither in the built-in guide. A 600-point base-health boss with several combat phases, skull attacks, and void projectiles. |
The active arena script awards a Banished Cloak and a Nether Star after completion. |
HorrorCraft does not add a dragon species, a tameable pet system, or a flying mount. The additional entity definitions below support transport, encounters, attacks, and the guidebook.
| Additional Entity |

hb_hr:banned_skull |
Boss-associated skull attack entity. |
hb_hr:banned_void_skull |
Boss-associated void skull with a Wither-effect attack component. |
hb_hr:void_sphere |
Void attack entity used by the boss encounter. |
hb_hr:void_sphere_reflectable |
Reflectable variant of the boss void sphere. |
hb_hr:banned_wither_marker |
Arena controller and summoning marker; not a normal creature. |

Rideable Cursed Boat with Chest transport entity with one player seat and storage. |
- Enter a world with both HorrorCraft packs enabled. The first-join script gives each newly registered player a HorrorCraft Guidebook and a Visual Effects Settings item.
- Use the guidebook item on a suitable surface to place it. Interact to move forward through pages, attack to move back, and sneak while attacking to pick it up.
- Open Visual Effects Settings and select a biome to adjust Particle Fog, Ambient Particles, and Render Quality. Use the separate Vibrant Visuals page to match the addon's setting to the game's video setting.
- Gather ordinary survival supplies before approaching custom enemies. A Flashlight is an early utility craft: place an Amethyst Shard above an Iron Ingot above a Lever.
- Explore structures and defeat suitable custom enemies to collect Soulium Shards, whose item identifier is
hb_hr:soul_piece. Structure loot also provides an alternative to immediately fighting stronger enemies.
- Collect four Diamonds and four Soulium Shards for each Soulium Ingot. Follow the exact pattern in the recipe table: three shards across the top, a shard and two diamonds in the middle, and two diamonds at the bottom left.
- Craft a Soul Scythe using four ingots and two sticks. The built-in guide calls it a Soulium Scythe.
- Defeat ten non-player entities while holding the normal scythe to transform it into a Charged Soul Scythe. The script counts qualifying kills while it is held, rather than time spent carrying it.
- Plan your material hunts: the charged form returns to the normal form after 20 entity hits. Durability damage is carried between the two forms.
| Material |
Primary Source |
How to Collect It |
Used For |
| Moth Wings |
Death Moth |
The dedicated loot pool requires a Charged Soul Scythe. Use the charged weapon for the finishing blow. |
Death Wing Boots |
| Screamer Cable |
Screamer |
The dedicated loot pool requires a Charged Soul Scythe. The additional drop script also lists cable as a possible encounter reward. |
Screaming Helmet |
| Soul Sheet |
Aggressive Lost Soul |
Destroy a Cursed Core to make its linked aggressive souls vulnerable, then finish a suitable soul with a Charged Soul Scythe for the dedicated loot pool. |
Lost Soul Leggings |
| Vindicator Armor Scrap |
Faceless Vindicator |
Finish the enemy with a Charged Soul Scythe to satisfy the dedicated loot condition. |
Reinforced Vindicator Chestplate |
| Soulium Ingot |
Crafting; also some rare chest loot |
Combine four Soulium Shards with four Diamonds. The item ID is hb_hr:soul_ore_item despite the ore wording in its identifier. |
Scythe and special armor |
| Chainsaw |
Structure chests and rare encounter-chest loot |
Search locations such as a maze, tower, bone structure, or graveyard. Loot is randomized; finding one chest does not guarantee a Chainsaw. |
Tree cutting and slowing enemies |
| Three unique Wither skulls |
Large structures associated with the three custom biomes |
Collect one of each skull type rather than three copies of a single type. |
Arena boss summoning |
Loot-table conditions and scripted extra drops are separate systems in this package. The Charged Scythe route is explicitly defined for the special armor materials, but total drops can vary with the active encounter scripts and Looting. There is no included furnace recipe that converts the custom Soul Ore block into a Soulium Ingot.
- Find hive blocks, egg blocks, and egg-bearing hive vines in the Dead Forest's hive areas.
- Expect these eggs to release hostile Death Moths. They are encounter hazards, not a timed pet-incubation system.
- Breaking or disturbing relevant hive blocks can trigger nearby eggs. The large-egg helper spawns a random group of one to four Death Moths, while the small-egg helper has a 10 percent chance to spawn one.
- Walking close to small egg blocks or eligible egg-bearing hive vines can trigger the system. Nearby eggs may react together, so keep an escape route open.
- Do not feed the eggs, place them near a heat source, or wait for a baby stage: the supplied addon defines no such hatching requirements.
- The supplied custom entities contain no tameable or breedable components. There is no verified food item, trust meter, ownership mechanic, or breeding recipe for the new monsters.
- The Scared Chicken's duplication is a hostile behavior, not a player-controlled breeding system.
- A Banished Cloak can prevent many addon enemies from selecting its wearer through their target filters. It does not turn them into pets.
- Craft a Black Oak, Blighted, or Cursed Boat using five matching planks in a boat shape. Each family also has a chest-boat recipe using one boat and one chest.
- Use the boat item to place it on suitable water, then interact to enter. The custom boats have one player seat.
- Follow the on-screen exit hint, which tells you to jump to leave the boat. For chest boats, use the storage interaction exposed by your platform's controls.
- For extra air movement, equip Death Wing Boots and press jump again while airborne. Their script provides an additional jump and delayed Slow Falling outside Creative mode.
- These boots do not provide unrestricted flight, and the addon has no rideable dragon or flying creature.
- Obtain the three unique skull blocks: Greedy Wither Skull, Wrathful Wither Skull, and Envious Wither Skull.
- Find the rare Overworld battle arena and its unfinished Wither-shaped body. A normal soul-sand Wither structure does not replace the custom arena.
- Place all three different skull types across the top of the existing body. The detector checks for the custom body, the unique skull types, and a nearby arena marker. The sequence across the top can vary as long as all three types are present.
- Leave adequate room above the skull positions. Their placement code checks clearance and uses a second block of space.
- Prepare for a multi-phase fight. Keep healing supplies, armor, and space to dodge skulls or void attacks, and move away from obvious attack paths.
- Complete the arena encounter to receive the Banished Cloak and a Nether Star. A direct summon command is not equivalent to completing the arena setup.
A special Fog Dweller Gravestone can activate at night when mob spawning is enabled, a player is within 40 blocks, and no Fog Dweller is already within 200 blocks. The normal random check uses a 16 percent threshold on its block tick; during a Red Moon that random threshold becomes 100 percent, while the other conditions still apply. Activation produces lightning, replaces the gravestone with a chest, fills that chest, and spawns the Fog Dweller after a short delay. An ordinary decorative Gravestone is a separate block.
The table lists all 65 recipe files in this package, including the three Flashlight arrangements and the separate log, stripped-log, wood, and stripped-wood conversions. Counts are copied from the recipe results rather than assumed from vanilla Minecraft.
- Read each shaped layout from top to bottom. Slashes separate rows, and a dot means an empty slot.
- Each ingredient symbol applies only to its own row in this table. The ingredient column gives the total amount needed for one craft.
- Layouts are shown in a three-by-three crafting grid. The table preserves the recipes' defined orientation and pads unused cells with dots.
- Furnace recipes also accept a blast furnace because both stations are explicitly tagged in those files. Fuel is required separately.
- There are no included crafting recipes for the Chainsaw, Banished Cloak, special skulls, Moth Wings, Screamer Cable, Soul Sheet, or Vindicator Armor Scrap. Obtain these through their loot or encounter systems.
- The Charged Soul Scythe is produced through kills, not through a crafting recipe. The wood-family fence gates yield three per craft in this package.

If a wooden roof recipe does not appear in the recipe book, try obtaining Grim Stone: the three wooden roof files use it as their recipe-unlock item even though their actual ingredient is matching planks. The ingredient and output columns above remain the correct crafting requirements.
| Equipment |
Effect |
How to Use It |
Limits |
| Screaming Helmet |
Periodically damages and knocks back nearby qualifying monsters within four blocks. |
Wear in the head slot. The main script checks the effect every 100 ticks, about five seconds at 20 ticks per second. |
Targets are filtered by entity families. It is not an unconditional damage aura against every entity. |
| Reinforced Vindicator Chestplate |
Displays the health of an entity in the direction you are looking, with a raycast range up to 64 blocks. |
Wear in the chest slot and look at a target. The previous target can remain displayed briefly after you look away. |
Guidebook and skull-pedestal entities are excluded. Holding the Red Moon Clock takes priority over this health display. |
| Lost Soul Leggings |
Refreshes Speed II while equipped. |
Wear in the leg slot. |
This is movement speed, not invisibility or immunity. |
| Death Wing Boots |
Provides one extra jump and applies Slow Falling after roughly 15 airborne ticks when the relevant conditions are met. |
Wear in the feet slot, jump, release, and press jump again while airborne. Land to reset the extra jump. |
The script skips Creative mode and does not add mounted flight. |
| Banished Cloak |
Used by many custom enemy target filters to exclude its wearer. |
Equip in the chest slot. |
Shares a slot with the Reinforced Vindicator Chestplate. Target filtering does not guarantee protection from explosions, terrain hazards, or attacks already underway. |
| Soul Scythe / Charged Soul Scythe |
Defined item damage values are 10 and 15 respectively. The charged form enables special loot pools. |
Earn ten qualifying kills while holding the normal scythe. Use the charged form for special-material hunts. |
Reverts after 20 entity hits; durability damage is retained. |
| Chainsaw |
Cuts connected supported tree blocks and applies a strong slowing effect to a struck entity for 60 ticks, about three seconds. |
Use it for supported trees or strike an enemy. |
Not a universal instant-break tool for every block or structure; its tree rules have range limits. |
| Flashlight |
Illuminates the area in the direction you look. |
Hold it and use/interact to switch between its off and on item forms. |
Its behavior depends on the script system. It is not an armor-slot item. |
| Red Moon Clock |
Shows the time remaining until the Red Moon or the current event announcement. |
Hold it in your main hand. |
The display shares the action bar with other addon feedback. |
| Visual Effects Settings |
Controls per-biome particle fog, ambient particles, quality, and the addon Vibrant Visuals mode. |
Use the settings item, select a biome or the Vibrant Visuals page, and save your choices. |
Changing the addon setting does not change Minecraft video settings automatically. |
Vibrant Visuals OFF is labeled as the mode with more addon effects; ON uses a reduced set designed for that graphics mode. Match the two settings: game OFF with addon OFF, or game ON with addon ON. The Resource Pack declares PBR capability, but the settings also provide a non-Vibrant-Visuals path.
These commands require the appropriate world permissions; enable cheats where the command requires them. Run the Red Moon script event as a player, because its handler checks the source entity. Use a separate test world for manually spawned hostile creatures or time changes.
| Command |
Purpose |
/give @s hb_hr:guide_book_spawn_egg 1 |
Recover the placeable guidebook. Its ID includes spawn_egg because the book is implemented as an entity. |
/give @s hb_hr:ambient_handler_item 1 |
Recover the Visual Effects Settings item. |
/give @s hb_hr:flashlight_off 1 |
Get a switched-off Flashlight. |
/give @s hb_hr:blood_moon_clock 1 |
Get the Red Moon Clock. |
/give @s hb_hr:soul_piece 16 |
Get 16 Soulium Shards for testing recipes. |
/give @s hb_hr:soul_ore_item 8 |
Get eight Soulium Ingots. |
/give @s hb_hr:charged_scythe 1 |
Get the charged scythe directly for loot testing. |
/summon hb_hr:death_moth ~ ~1 ~ |
Spawn a hostile Death Moth. |
/summon hb_hr:faceless_vindicator ~5 ~ ~ |
Spawn a Faceless Vindicator nearby. |
/scriptevent hb_hr:start_red_moon start |
Advance world time to the next Red Moon through the included event handler. This changes world time; it is not a visual-only switch. |
/gamerule doMobSpawning true |
Enable mob spawning, including the rule check required by the special gravestone encounter. |
/inputpermission set @s movement enabled |
Restore movement permission if an interrupted jumpscare has left it disabled. |
/inputpermission set @s camera enabled |
Restore camera permission after an interrupted jumpscare. |
- Use Minecraft Bedrock Edition on a platform that permits importing local addon packs. The supplied files are Bedrock packs and cannot be installed as a Java Edition mod.
- Import the
.mcaddon file by opening it with Minecraft. Wait for the import messages for both the Behavior Pack and Resource Pack.
- If you received folders instead, keep
HorrorCraft Add-On BP and HorrorCraft Add-On RP separate. Each pack's manifest.json must remain at the root of that pack. Place them in the corresponding behavior-pack and resource-pack locations used by your Minecraft installation.
- Create a new test world. Open Behavior Packs and activate HorrorCraft Add-On BP. Open Resource Packs and confirm that HorrorCraft Add-On RP is active as well. Use the matching version 1.0.5 of both.
- Check the active-pack lists independently. Place HorrorCraft above any pack that overrides the same resources or behaviors when you want HorrorCraft's definitions to take priority. BP and RP are separate lists, so there is no single rule saying that BP must sit above RP.
- For the first test, activate only these two packs. The files do not prescribe a universal order against every other addon, and moving a pack cannot resolve every script or custom-component conflict.
- Keep only one language edition of this addon active. The English copy retains the original pack UUIDs, so Minecraft may treat an existing Vietnamese installation as the same pack during import. Back up any worlds before replacing installed copies.
- Start with ordinary world settings. The manifests request stable
@minecraft/server 1.18.0 and @minecraft/server-ui 1.3.0; they do not declare beta versions. There is no evidence in these files that every experiment must be enabled. Resolve any actual game warning specifically rather than switching on all experiments.
- Enter the world and confirm that the Guidebook and Visual Effects Settings item arrive on first registration. Craft or give yourself a Flashlight and verify that use/interact switches it on.
- Match the addon's Vibrant Visuals setting to Minecraft's video setting. If your device does not offer Vibrant Visuals, use the OFF path and reduce particle quality if needed.
- Explore newly generated terrain to look for custom biomes and structures. A new world gives the clearest installation check; do not expect existing, already generated areas to be rebuilt automatically.
- After the basic test succeeds, add other packs one at a time and recheck items, mobs, custom blocks, and effects. For multiplayer, ensure players can load the world's matching Resource Pack and that the host supports the required script modules.
The minimum version in both manifests is
1.21.131. A minimum-version declaration does not certify every later release. Green below means the package's declared target meets the version requirement; orange means compatibility remains unverified or conditional; red means the supplied package does not support that target.
The commonly requested label "1.26+" needs clarification: Minecraft's public 2026 releases use names beginning with
26, as explained in the official 26.0 release notes. Creator format and API documentation may still use a leading
1. internally. As checked on October 21, 2026, the newest Bedrock release listed in the official release index is 26.52. That release history is not a compatibility test of HorrorCraft.
| Minecraft Version |
Compatibility Status |
Reason |
| 1.19.x and older |
Unsupported by this package |
Below the declared 1.21.131 minimum; modern pack features and script dependencies are also required. |
| 1.20.x |
Unsupported by this package |
Below the minimum engine version. Lowering the number manually does not establish compatibility. |
| 1.21.0 to 1.21.130 |
Unsupported by this package |
Still below the exact minimum version declared by both packs. |
| 1.21.131 |
Declared target; runtime not playtested here |
Matches the minimum engine version and the supplied package label. This is file-based support evidence, not a completed playtest. |
| 1.21.132 and later 1.21.x builds |
Conditional; unverified |
Passes the numeric minimum, but scripts, block components, and visuals still need testing on the installed release. |
| 26.0 to 26.3 |
Unverified |
The public 2026 numbering changes. The exact pack has not been tested here on these versions. |
| 26.10 to 26.35 |
Unverified |
Later engine and API changes require an actual import and gameplay check. |
| 26.40 to 26.52 |
Unverified, including the latest listed release |
No supplied author statement or local playtest confirms these releases. Verify script startup, custom blocks, terrain generation, and visual settings. |
| Future 26.x releases and Beta/Preview builds |
No compatibility guarantee |
Future or experimental engine behavior cannot be inferred from min_engine_version. |
| Java Edition, including 26.x Java releases |
Unsupported |
The supplied BP/RP manifests, JSON content, and scripts are for Bedrock Edition. |
Microsoft documents multiple Script API versions. The version requested by this addon is an API dependency, not the same number as the game release. Do not replace its 1.x dependency with a newer major API version and assume the scripts will work unchanged.
| Problem |
What to Check |
Practical Fix |
| Import fails or only one pack appears |
Pack roots, duplicate UUIDs, and matching BP/RP versions. |
Confirm that each manifest is at its pack root. If the same UUID is already installed, manage the existing copy through Minecraft storage after backing up worlds, then import the intended edition. |
| Blocks are missing, textures look wrong, or creatures are invisible |
Whether the Resource Pack is active and whether another pack overrides it. |
Activate the matching RP, put it above conflicting resource packs, and test with only HorrorCraft enabled. |
| Mobs appear but tools, armor effects, or settings do nothing |
Behavior Pack activation and script startup. |
Recheck the game version and script dependencies. Inspect Minecraft content-log errors if available; a version or script failure is not fixed by texture changes. |
| The guidebook or settings item was not given again |
The first-join registration tag is already stored for this player. |
Use the recovery give commands rather than expecting the starter items on every login. |
| No custom biomes or structures are visible |
Whether you are exploring fresh terrain and whether world-generation content loaded. |
Check a new world or travel into newly generated chunks. The addon does not promise to rebuild old terrain. |
| Special materials do not drop |
Correct enemy, charged weapon, finishing blow, and loot conditions. |
Use the Charged Soul Scythe against the corresponding creature. Check that it has not reverted after its 20-hit allowance. |
| A Lost Soul seems impossible to kill |
Whether it is still the core-bound form. |
Locate the associated Cursed Core and break it to expose the vulnerable aggressive encounter form. Be prepared for several souls. |
| The boss does not activate |
All three unique skull types, the custom body, placement clearance, and the arena marker. |
Use the naturally generated arena. Three identical skulls or a homemade vanilla Wither body do not satisfy this detector. |
| A gravestone does not summon a Fog Dweller |
Special gravestone type, night, mob spawning, player distance, and an existing nearby Dweller. |
Wait near the correct gravestone at night with doMobSpawning enabled. Normal random checks are not a fixed countdown, and an existing Dweller within 200 blocks blocks another spawn. |
| The screen is too foggy or performance drops |
Per-biome particle settings and the Vibrant Visuals match. |
Lower Render Quality, disable selected Ambient Particles or Particle Fog, and match the addon graphics setting to the game. |
| Death Wing Boots seem inactive |
Game mode, equipment slot, and jump input. |
Test outside Creative mode. Land, jump, release the jump input, and press it again while airborne. |
| Movement or camera stays locked after a scare |
An interrupted jumpscare sequence. |
Rejoin first so the recovery script can run. If necessary, use the movement and camera inputpermission recovery commands with sufficient permissions. |
| The English edition still shows old localized text |
Installed pack copy, active language, and cached resources. |
Confirm the English copy is installed, select English (United States), and fully reload the world or game. Avoid keeping alternate editions of the same UUID active. |
No tameable or breedable system is defined for the custom mobs in this package. Hive eggs release hostile moths and do not produce pets.
No. The rideable custom entities are boats. Death Wing Boots provide extra jumping and Slow Falling, which are separate from flight.
No Chainsaw recipe is included among the 65 recipe files. Search structure chests and qualifying rare encounter loot.
Complete the custom Wither arena encounter. The active arena reward script spawns the cloak and a Nether Star. The cloak occupies your chest slot, so you cannot wear it together with the special chestplate.
They refer to the same boss. The translated display name uses Banished Wither, while the original English guide artwork uses Banned Wither. The internal identifier remains
hb_hr:banned_wither.
The script raises the sleeping-player percentage above 100 percent for its Red Moon phase. Prepare to survive the event rather than relying on ordinary sleep.
The supplied manifests request stable script-module versions and do not establish a requirement to enable every experiment. Start with the declared target version, both packs active, and normal settings. Address a specific compatibility warning if Minecraft presents one.
The included settings explicitly provide an OFF mode with more addon effects. Keep the addon and game graphics modes matched, and adjust the per-biome quality settings for your device.
There is no included compatibility list for other packs. Test each additional addon on a copy of a working world, especially when it changes fog, world generation, custom blocks, or scripted gameplay.
You can test activation on a backed-up copy, but custom terrain and structures should be checked in newly generated areas. A new world is the most straightforward way to verify generation.
No runtime test has been performed for this article. The package explicitly declares 1.21.131 as its minimum; newer releases remain conditional until the exact pack is tested.
